"Fantastic place, much more spacious than it looks from the photos. Terrific hosts who give great advice on best places to visit. We have 3 teenagers from aged 14 to 18 and they wanted to move there from day 1. The cottage, views, area, everything just what you need for a relaxing week away from the madding crowd."

Lovely owners Mark and Gaynor, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for allowing us to interact with your lovely dogs /horses/chickens, made the kids holiday. Cottage was well equipped, would have preferred a full length mirror in the main bedroom, but only a minor issue. Hot tub was excellent and used daily. Overall an excellent accommodation and would recommend it.

Had a fantastic stay in this beautiful cottage-so well equipped & beds extremely comfortable! Party of 8 varying from 4 to 60 & we all loved it-sad to leave! Children loved the friendly horses too! Nice & close to hexham but also located in an extremely tranquil part!

7 cycling ladies, stayed for 3 nights. Great chill out place, quiet and peaceful. Fantastic for cycling and walking. Hot tub and sunsets an amazing bonus. Hosts very kind and helpful.
